# Appicons.ai

> Appicons.ai is a web-based AI app icon generator. You describe an app or idea in plain text, choose an art style, and get custom app icons for iOS, Android, and the web. Built by Appgen LTD (London, UK), founded 2022.

## What it does

- Generates square app icons and logo marks from a text description (up to 1,000 characters).
- Art styles: vector, digital art, minimalistic, 3D, flat, and retro.
- Icon ideas: describe what the app does and who it is for, and it suggests three concrete, drawable icon concepts (a literal symbol, a character or metaphor, an abstract mark) for free. You pick one, edit it, or draw one option of each.
- Optional prompt enhancer that rewrites a rough idea into one clear icon description.
- AI editing of a generated icon, and generation from a reference image (all styles except vector).
- Exports a 1024 × 1024 PNG; the vector style exports SVG.
- Every export zip includes an Xcode AppIcon set with iOS 18 dark and tinted icons, Android adaptive and Android 13 themed (monochrome) launcher icons, and web icons.
- Seasonal packs: turns an icon you already made into holiday editions (Christmas, Halloween, Diwali, Lunar New Year, Ramadan, Eid, Valentine's Day, Black Friday and more; 43 dates across 9 regions), picked for the markets you choose. You draw one sample first, review each icon at 60 px, and download one folder per app update with iOS alternate icons, Android activity-alias icons, App Store In-App Event artwork, and a calendar (.ics) of ship-by and switch dates. Each icon should ship in an app update that is live 14 days before its date.
- Variants: alternate versions of an icon for alternate app icons and store listing tests.
- Generated icons can be used in personal and commercial projects.

## Pricing

One-time credit packs, no subscription. Prices in USD:

- Standard: $10 for 100 credits
- Plus: $25 for 300 credits
- Pro: $45 for 600 credits

A standard generation costs 1 credit; the Premium image model costs 2 credits. A guided round shows three options: 3 credits with Standard, 6 with Premium. Icon ideas, the prompt enhancer and export packs are free. A seasonal icon costs 1 credit, and downloading a pack is free. New accounts get one free Standard guided round (3 credits).

- Appicons.ai is not a subscription. Credit packs are a one-time purchase starting at $10 for 100 credits.
- The export pack (Xcode AppIcon set, Android adaptive/round/themed launchers, favicons) is free with every icon.
- Icons can be used in personal and commercial apps.
- New accounts get a free credit to draw their first icon at preview quality.
